Overview

The following conditions apply to all reservations made directly with Streetly Hotel

Availability

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit and at the applicable rate. Room rates may vary throughout the year, according to the season. All rates are in British Pounds.

Deposit

A deposit equal to the cost of the first night per person per booking is required. Deposits may be paid by cheque, debit or credit card. All deposits are non-refundable. Unpaid or returned cheques will incur a charge of £10.00.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Electron cards. Only one credit or debit card will be accepted per party.
The balance of the account must be paid on arrival. If payment is to be made by cheque, it should be presented at least 14 days prior to arrival to allow for bank clearance.

Check in

Check in time is after 2pm. If you arrive prior to check in time we cannot guarantee that a room will be available. If an earlier arrival is planned we can store your luggage until such time as your room is ready. Rooms not claimed by 7pm will be re-let unless prior arrangement for late arrival is made.

Check Out

Check out time is 10am on day of departure so that rooms can be prepared for incoming guests. A per hour charge applies should you require a late checkout. Late checkout time after 3pm incurs a charge of one full night's accommodation. Rooms not claimed by 7pm will be re-let unless prior arrangement for late arrival is made.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your scheduled date of arrival. If you fail to cancel your reservation, cancel with less than 2 weeks (14 days) notice or do not arrive and the room is not re-let, the person in whose name the booking was made will be liable for the full cost. We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover these eventualities.

Insurance

Streetly Hotel does not accept responsibility for the damage and safe keeping of any goods or personal property brought to the building before, during or after the stay. It is the responsibility of the guest to arrange adequate insurance to cover such item and to insurance against unforeseen cancellation of the holiday.

Meals

Prices include full cooked breakfast (and evening meal on Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package). Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance will be made for meals not taken. No refund will be given for any premature departures.

Occupancy

Single occupancy of a Double room will attract a supplement of £10.00 per night.

Minimum Stay

Bank Holidays, New Year and Illuminations carry a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Group Bookings

We do not cater for Stag or Hen parties. Single sex parties are limited to a maximum of 4 people.

Conduct

The person(s) making the reservation and/or the registered person(s) are responsible for the orderly conduct of their guests. Should Streetly Hotel believe the conduct of the parties may affect the smooth running of the business, security or reputation it has the right not to accept the reservation. The management reserve the right to terminate any persons contract should their behaviour be deemed unacceptable.

Damage

Any damage caused to Streetly Hotel property or fittings during the stay by the person(s) registered or guests of that person(s) is the financial responsibility of that person(s). The cost will be charged to the person in whose name the booking was made.
