Do I have to pay a deposit?

We require a deposit equal to the cost of the first nights stay per person to secure your accommodation. This deposit can be paid over the phone by either debit or credit card, or by cheque. Please refer to our Contact Us page and Terms and Conditions page.

How far is the Hotel from Blackpool Tower and other attractions?

We are around a 5-10 minute walk from Blackpool Tower.  We are also centrally located for shops, pubs, clubs and restaurants. The Syndicate Nightclub is less than 5 minutes from our hotel.  North Promenade is also only a 5 minute walk away, with trams taking you directly to South pier, The Pleasure Beach and Fleetwood market.

Where is the Hotel situated?

The Streetly is ideally situated near Blackpool North train station.  Please see the Find Us page for the exact location.

What time is check in/out?

Check in is from 2pm. Should you arrive earlier and wish to leave your luggage, you are more than welcome. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving after 7pm. Check out time is 10am.

What facilities can I expect in my room?

We are sure that you will find our rooms very comfortable!  All our rooms offer colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, Central Heating, en-suite bathrooms (except the single rooms) and soap and towels.  The en-suite facilites all contain showers (we do not have any rooms with baths).


Do you offer parking?

We do not have parking of our own but parking is available from £3.00 for 24 hours or  secure parking £16 per week, just a couple of minutes away from our hotel.

Do you accept Stag and hen parties?

We are sorry but we do not cater for Stag and Hen parties. Single sex bookings are restricted to a maximum of four people.

Do you have facilites for disabled guests?

We do not currently have rooms specifically adapted for disabled guests. All rooms are situated on the 1st or 2nd floors access via a staircase.

Do you offer evening meals?

Yes.  1, 2 or 3 course menus available, individually priced.

Do you allow pets?

We are sorry but we are unable to accept pets.
